Tampburg, Tampa, Florida, July 1, 2024 — The Tampa Bay Times and the Tampa Bay Tribune are reporting that Florida Gov. Charlie Crist will endorse the controversial prescription drug Viagra, also known as Cialis, as president in the state.
Crist, who is also the vice-president of the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, on Tuesday will give a farewell address to the governor at Tampa’s St. Petersburg North Florida community.
Viagra is the most prescribed drug in the U. S., and Cialis has been linked to serious health problems like strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems.
Viagra, which has been in the spotlight in recent years, is the drug that millions of men around the country are taking to get their erectile dysfunction treatment.
The drug is also a part of a new program that the state has approved for the state.
The drug, which has been available to millions of men since it was introduced in late July, was originally developed as an erectile dysfunction drug but was later approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
Crist, a former Tampa Bay minor league pitcher, was prescribed Viagra in 2003 and in 2008 he was given the green light to sell it for erectile dysfunction.
The drug, known generically as sildenafil, is one of two FDA-approved medicines for erectile dysfunction. The other is called tadalafil. The FDA approved the drug in 2010 for use in men with erectile dysfunction, but it didn’t go over the top.
Viagra has become synonymous with erectile dysfunction in America, which was not the case two years ago. Now it’s the subject of legal action, which may lead to a number of settlements in the future.

But the drug has been shown to cause side effects, including vision problems, a headache and fainting, the Times reported.
The FDA is investigating whether the drug caused men to stop taking it and whether they should be warned about the risks.
